Confirmation

Registrations are billed and charged by LESS Society (address: 6550 N Federal Hwy | Suite 510 | Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308) Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Meeting Secretariat (CONGRESSLINE LTD) upon receipt of registration and payment. If the confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact the Conference Secretariat via email at huba@congressline.hu.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy of Registration

All cancellations should be sent in written form to the Conference Secretariat. Refunds will be processed after the Conference.
 

  • 100% refund (minus Stripe fee) in case of cancellation received until September 1, 2026.

  • No refund in case of cancellation is received from September 1, 2026.



Payment

Registrations, and hotel reservations booked through the registration form, are billed and charged by LESS Society (Address: 6550 N Federal Hwy | Suite 510 | Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308). All payments should be made in USD. Payments sent after October 20, 2026, may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

 

Credit/Debit Cards

Online payment accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and China UnionPay credit and debit cards.
A card number with an expiry date, CVC code, and postal code is needed.



Data Management Policy

CongressLine Ltd., on behalf of the LESS Society, collects and processes the personal data you provide to facilitate your registration and participation in the LESS Society Conference, whether as an attendee, speaker, or organizer.

As the official congress organizer, the LESS Society in collaboration with CongressLine Ltd. as the Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) and data manager, manages, stores, and processes your data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
