LESS Society Annual Meeting 2026

October 22–24, 2026 | Fort Lauderdale, FL

Dear LESS Colleagues and Esteemed Attendees,

On behalf of the LESS Society, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to our first-ever LESS Society Conference. Thank you for joining us and for being part of this historic moment for our growing community.

LESS was founded with a clear and ambitious vision: to change the future of spine surgery together. That future is guided by our TIER principles—Technology, Investment, Education, and Research. These pillars represent our commitment to innovation, collaboration, and continuous advancement, and they serve as the foundation upon which LESS is built.

This vision would not be possible without you. Your participation, expertise, and shared commitment are what transform ideas into progress. Together, through technology that advances care, investment that fuels innovation, education that empowers surgeons, and research that drives evidence-based practice, we are shaping what comes next for our field.

As you take part in this inaugural conference, I encourage you to engage fully, exchange ideas openly, and build relationships that will extend well beyond these sessions. We are not simply hosting a conference—we are building a movement, and we could not do it without each of you.

Thank you for being here, for believing in LESS, and for helping lead the future of spine surgery forward.
