About the Role

Are you a natural educator with a passion for medical device innovation? We are looking for a high-energy Team Leader to own the Physician VET (Visit, Educate, Train) Tour experience at our global headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the education of global surgeons on interventional spine surgery techniques and the revolutionary AxioMed disc replacement. You will serve as the bridge between clinical innovation and surgeon adoption, ensuring every visiting physician leaves as an advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead VET Tour Operations: Act as the primary host and "Face of the VET Tour" for all visiting surgeons in our Fort Lauderdale office, ensuring a white-glove professional experience.

• Clinical Training & Coaching: champion our REP Principles (Restore Function, Early Diagnosis, Preserve Anatomy) through hands-on education and coaching.

• Data-Driven Optimization: Manage the training pipeline using Net Promoter Score (NPS) analytics to identify Promoters, convert Neutrals, and address Detractors.

• Pipeline Management: Oversee Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to nurture physicians from initial interest to full certification.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Outreach, and Account Management teams to align training with market needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

• Experience: Background in Clinical Education, Corporate Training, or Coaching is essential. Experience in Medical Devices or Spine Surgery is a strong plus.

• Location: Must reside in South Florida and work from our Fort Lauderdale office during all VET Tours.

• Skills: Strong public speaking, data analysis (NPS), and logistics management.
